- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to access or manipulate the platform.

- Using the platform for any activity that violates the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction.

Toto4d reserves the right to investigate any suspected activity and take appropriate action, including account termination and withholding of balances linked to fraudulent activity.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the toto4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name.
Deposits are credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the payment processor. toto4d is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
Withdrawals are only processed to a verified bank account held in the registered user's name. Processing times vary depending on the method selected.
Toto4d reserves the right to set deposit and withdrawal limits, and to request additional verification for transactions that exceed certain thresholds.

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms

Toto4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if a user is found to have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at the platform's discretion. In cases of suspension due to fraud, any account balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Users also have the right to close their own account by contacting the toto4d support team. Any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
Terms Changes
Toto4d reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via the platform or their registered email.
